- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- ¾ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 20 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Fresh parsley or Parmesan for garnish optional
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in diced onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant and softened, about 3–4 minutes.
