Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta cooked al dente
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, shrimp, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

This dish is best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
