Samoa Rice Krispies
A delightful combination of chocolate, caramel, and crispy rice for a perfect snack.

- 4 cups Rice Cereal
- 1 cup Marshmallows miniature
- 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Caramel Sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips dark or semi-sweet
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut toasted
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the marshmallows until completely melted, stirring frequently until smooth.
Remove from heat and gently fold in the rice cereal and toasted coconut until evenly coated.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan, making sure it’s compact but not overly compressed.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips, allowing them to melt slightly before swirling.
