Samoa Rice Krispies

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Rice Cereal
  • 1 cup Marshmallows miniature
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips dark or semi-sweet
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut toasted

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the marshmallows until completely melted, stirring frequently until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and gently fold in the rice cereal and toasted coconut until evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan, making sure it’s compact but not overly compressed.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips, allowing them to melt slightly before swirling.
