Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur like Kahlúa
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce plus extra for garnish
  • Crushed ice or ice cubes
  • Optional: sea salt toffee bits for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chill your serving glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of the glass.
  • Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice or ice cubes.
  • Pour in vodka, butterscotch schnapps, and coffee liqueur.
  • Slowly top with cream over the back of a spoon for layering.
  • Garnish with extra caramel drizzle and a pinch of sea salt or toffee bits.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, use butterscotch syrup, cold brew coffee, and cream.
You can batch-mix the alcohol ahead and just add cream and ice when serving.
