These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups are a cheesy, low-carb twist on the classic sandwich. Made with beef, peppers, onions, and melted cheese slices, they’re the ultimate keto-friendly comfort food.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onions and peppers until softened.
