Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups kale chopped
  • 2 cups pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine kale, pasta, and Caesar dressing, tossing until everything is well coated.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and season with pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or allow to sit for 15 minutes to meld flavors.

Notes

This salad is best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
