Garlic Lemon Grilled Asparagus with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp red wine & olive oil vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tbsp dried minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk the red wine & olive oil vinaigrette with the garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt & pepper.
  • Place the asparagus in a foil basket.
  • Pour the sauce over the asparagus, then place on the grill over medium heat.
  • Grill for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the grill, transfer to a serving plate and top with the feta cheese.
