Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta
This recipe combines tender garlic butter steak bites with spicy Cajun Alfredo pasta for a creamy, bold, and satisfying dinner. Perfect for weeknights when you want steakhouse flavor at home, it’s ready in under an hour!
Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cajun Alfredo: In a skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream, stir in Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5–7 mins until thickened. Toss in cooked pasta and coat well.
Cook the Steak Bites: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in batches for 2–3 mins per side until browned. Reduce heat, add butter and garlic. Toss to coat.
