For the Cajun Alfredo Pasta:

- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1.5 cups heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese or dairy-free cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cajun Alfredo: In a skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream, stir in Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5–7 mins until thickened. Toss in cooked pasta and coat well.
Cook the Steak Bites: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak in batches for 2–3 mins per side until browned. Reduce heat, add butter and garlic. Toss to coat.
Plate and Serve: Serve pasta alongside or under the steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
For extra heat, add crushed red pepper or a splash of hot sauce.
Swap steak with shrimp or chicken for a different protein option.
For a lighter sauce, substitute half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
