- 4 cups chicken broth
- 9 ounces cheese ravioli
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Aromatics
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion; cook until translucent, about 4 minutes.
