Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta cavatappi or penne
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or 1/2 cup diced onions

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  • Add heavy cream, milk, and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until cream cheese is melted and sauce begins to thicken.
  • Stir in 1½ cups cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add cooked pasta, beef, and half the bacon. Stir to coat everything well.
  • Top with remaining cheddar and bacon. Cover to melt, or broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
Add jalapeños for a spicy twist.
Reheat with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
