Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb Italian sausage or ground beef/turkey
  • - 1 small onion diced
  • - 3 garlic cloves minced
  • - 5 cups chicken broth
  • - 8 lasagna noodles broken into pieces
  • - 2 cups heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • - 1 jar 15 oz Alfredo sauce
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste
  • - Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until softened and fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream and Alfredo sauce until fully combined.
  • Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
