  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Coating & Topping Ingredients

  • 16 oz white chocolate chips
  • cotton candy for topping

Center

  • In a large bowl, beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese and 7 ounces marshmallow fluff until smooth. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix on medium speed until silky, about 3 minutes. Scoop into 1-inch balls, place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes.

Coating & Topping

  • Melt 16 ounces white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts at 50% power, stirring until glossy. Dip each frozen ball, tap off excess, place back on parchment, top with torn cotton candy, and chill 15 minutes until set.

Notes

Be sure bowls and utensils are clean to prevent cross-contamination.
For best flavor, serve within 3 days and store chilled.
