Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup cottage cheese for creaminess
  • 1 cup marinara sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, around 5-7 minutes on each side.
  • Mix cottage cheese, marinara, and half the mozzarella in a bowl until well combined.
  • Layer the cottage cheese mixture on top of the cooked chicken and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  • Bake in the oven until bubbly and golden, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
