- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup buttermilk or milk + 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce optional
- Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg with buttermilk.
