This better than Starbucks lemon loaf is ultra-moist, bursting with real lemon flavor, and topped with a glossy citrus glaze. The perfect copycat recipe that’s even better than the original!
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until combined.
Add sour cream, melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Fold in dry ingredients until just combined—don’t overmix.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before glazing.
For the glaze: whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled loaf. Let set before slicing.
