Ingredients

  • 1 pint about 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 pint about 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 12 wooden skewers 6 to 8 inches long

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Pat dry.
  • Cut strawberries into quarters or halves, depending on their size.
  • To assemble each skewer: start with a strawberry piece, followed by a marshmallow, a blueberry, another marshmallow, and another strawberry. Repeat as needed to fill the skewer.
  • Place completed skewers on a tray or board.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, swap marshmallows with banana slices or cheese cubes.
Great for kids — consider using shorter skewers or lollipop sticks.
Best served fresh but can be prepped up to a day in advance.
