- 1 pint about 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 pint about 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 12 wooden skewers 6 to 8 inches long
Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Pat dry.
Cut strawberries into quarters or halves, depending on their size.
To assemble each skewer: start with a strawberry piece, followed by a marshmallow, a blueberry, another marshmallow, and another strawberry. Repeat as needed to fill the skewer.
Place completed skewers on a tray or board.
