Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt provides moisture and protein
  • 1 cup almond flour adds flavor and gluten-free option
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder ensures the bites rise
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of almond flour until the dough is slightly sticky.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space in between.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.
