Instructions
In a blender, combine the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Pulse until smooth and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
Add honey and vanilla extract. Blend again for 30 seconds until well incorporated.
Pulse longer for creamier results and taste to adjust sweetness as necessary.
