Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Gradually add eggs and mix until just combined.
Fold in fresh strawberries gently and pour the filling over the crust.
Bake for 55–60 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
