Valentines Day Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Deliciously sweet strawberries dipped in rich chocolate, perfect for any romantic occasion.

fresh, cleaned and dried

chocolate chips
dark or semi-sweet

coconut oil
optional, for smoother chocolate

sprinkles
optional, for decoration
Instructions
Rinse strawberries gently, then pat them dry.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, coating evenly and allowing excess to drip off.
Transfer dipped strawberries to parchment paper and sprinkle with toppings before the chocolate sets.
Chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes to firm up.
Notes
Best served fresh, can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
