Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 4 oz pineapple coconut juice

Instructions
 

  • Spread the toasted coconut on a small plate. Coat the rim of your cocktail glass with honey, then dip it into the coconut to create a sweet, crunchy edge.
  • Drop mint leaves and a lime wedge into the glass. Gently muddle with a spoon or muddler until you release an aromatic burst.
  • Fill the glass almost full with ice. Pour in the lime juice and rum, allowing them to seep through the ice, then add the pineapple coconut juice for an inviting fragrance.
  • Stir gently to blend. Garnish with extra lime, pineapple, and mint skewered for a festive touch. Enjoy immediately!
