- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped
- 0.5 cup espresso cooled
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
Add the cooled espresso and mix well.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
Dust each truffle with cocoa powder before serving.
