Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 0.5 cup espresso cooled
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  • Add the cooled espresso and mix well.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  • Dust each truffle with cocoa powder before serving.

Best served chilled.
