Ingredients

  • 1 cup quality mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced sweet onion
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, start by combining the mayonnaise and ketchup until they're blended into a smooth, light coral color.
  • Next, stir in the sweet pickle relish and minced onion, mixing well to distribute the flavors.
  • Add the sugar, white vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper, then whisk everything together until it's well combined.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight. This chilling time allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
  • Once ready, give it a gentle stir before serving. This dressing is perfect for salads, sandwiches, or as a dip!

Notes

This dressing is great for about a week in the fridge. Feel free to spice it up with a bit of hot sauce or fresh herbs for a twist!
