- 1 cup mayonnaise use a dairy-free option if preferred
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickles or relish
- 1 teaspoon capers drained and chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
Add Pickles and Capers: Stir in the chopped pickles and capers (if using) along with the fresh parsley.

Chill: For the best flavor, let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
