These Taco Layer Dip Cups are the perfect individual appetizer for parties! Each cup is layered with refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, and fresh toppings. Fun, colorful, and no double-dipping required!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 16 oz refried beans
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup thick salsa
  • cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Clear plastic cups 9 oz

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning.
  • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of beans into the bottom of each cup.
  • Add a layer of guacamole over the beans.
  • Gently layer sour cream on top of the guacamole.
  • Add a spoonful of salsa, spreading evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Finish with diced tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a piping bag for smooth, even layers.
Thick salsa prevents watery dips.
Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
Best served chilled with tortilla chips.
