Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into pieces.
  • Combine the strawberries, sugar, and water in a pot and simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth, then pour it into a shallow container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
