  • - ½ cup full-fat coconut milk or almond milk
  • - 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, honey (if using), lemon juice, and salt to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • If too thick, add more juice or milk, 1 tbsp at a time, until desired texture is reached.
