110 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
1cupsour cream
½cupmayonnaise
8ozcream cheesesoftened
2clovesgarlicminced
¼cupfinely chopped onionor 1 tsp onion powder
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
½tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
Instructions
Prepare spinach: thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water, or sauté fresh spinach until wilted and chop.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in spinach, garlic, onion, and half the shredded cheese. Mix well.
For hot dip: transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly.
