Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons stevia or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 Tablespoon fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil plus 2 Tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, mustard, stevia, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. The aroma is tangy and inviting.
  • Gradually whisk in avocado oil until the mixture thickens and harmonizes, creating a silky texture.
  • Alternatively, blend all ingredients for a few seconds or shake them well in a jar for a fuss-free method.

Notes

This homemade vinaigrette is vibrant and lively, making it an excellent addition to any salad. Store it in the fridge for up to a week, shaking well before each use.
