Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken breasts to the bowl and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Spread the marinated chicken on a lined baking sheet and add asparagus around it.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken thighs for a juicier option.
