- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 15 oz can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup guacamole or 2 ripe avocados diced
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce romaine or iceberg
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped green onions optional
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips or nacho chips
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeños optional
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
Add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Simmer until thickened. Let cool.
