4 medium ripe tomatoes diced 1 small onion finely chopped 1 –2 jalapeño or serrano peppers seeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste) ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped 2 tablespoons lime juice about 1 lime ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
Wash and chop the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and peppers.
Place everything in a large bowl.
Add fresh lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
