Salmon Recipe with Lemon Butter

Ingredients
  

  • - Salmon fillets
  • - Salt and black pepper
  • - Butter
  • - Garlic minced
  • - Fresh lemon juice
  • - Chopped chives or parsley
  • - Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  • Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 4–5 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for another 2–4 minutes until cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic and lemon juice to the skillet.
  • Spoon the butter sauce over the salmon.
  • Garnish with chopped herbs and lemon wedges. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in lemon juice and garlic for 15 minutes before cooking. Avoid overcooking for the best texture.
