Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Club Soda
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig for garnish
  • Fresh Cranberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Pour in gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
    0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice, 0.5 oz Simple Syrup, 3 oz Prosecco
  • Stir for about 10 seconds until the mixture is chilled and melded.
  • Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.
  • Top with prosecco and club soda, adding soda last to preserve fizz.
    2 oz Club Soda, 1 Rosemary Sprig
  • Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a few fresh cranberries.

Notes

Chill your mixing glass ahead of time to keep the drink frosty.
Use quality Prosecco for the best bubbles.
