  • 1 lb carrots cut into uniform sizes
  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for tossing
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare the carrots by cutting them into uniform sizes.
  • Toss the carrots and green beans in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
