Ingredients
  

  • ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through (6–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce.
  • Simmer for another 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and extra cracked pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
For extra heat, add crushed red pepper.
