Instructions
Melt & Mix
Line a 9×13" pan with parchment and lightly butter the surface.
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add marshmallows and stir gently for about 5 minutes until glossy.
Stir in red and purple gel food coloring until you reach a pale magenta shade.
Remove from heat, fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until every flake is coated.
Shape & Decorate
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly with a buttered spatula. Let rest 10 minutes.
Lift the slab onto a cutting board and cut brain shapes or use a cutter to form lobes.
Pipe strawberry gel into grooves to mimic brain folds and add drips. Let set 15 minutes before serving.
