Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
