  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.
  • Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
