Ingredients
  

  • 6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt optional, depending on ranch mix
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Rub thighs with olive oil or butter.
  • Season generously with ranch seasoning, garlic, pepper, and a little salt.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken skin-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden.
  • Flip thighs, then transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispy skin, if desired.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Use boneless thighs for faster cooking (reduce oven time by 5–7 minutes).
Air fryer method: cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes.
Pair with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
