  • 4 slice Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg Egg wash beaten

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the brie in the center of the puff pastry, then wrap it up with the prosciutto around the cheese.
    1 wheel Brie cheese, 4 slice Prosciutto
  • Seal the pastry edges with egg wash and brush the top with egg.
    1 sheet Puff pastry
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes

Consider chilling the wrapped brie before baking for a firmer shape.
