Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks or frozen
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or simple syrup to taste
  • 1 –2 cups ice cubes
  • Optional: 1–2 oz vodka for cocktail version
  • Pineapple wedges and lemon slices for garnish
  • Sugar for rimming the glass
  • Lemon wedge for rimming

Instructions
 

  • Rim each glass with a lemon wedge, then dip into sugar to coat the edges.
  • In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, lemon juice, honey, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  • If making a cocktail, blend in vodka.
  • Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with pineapple or lemon slices.
