  • 0.5 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of chopped pineapple, 1 small cooked beet, and 1 ripe banana.
  • Add ½ cup of Greek yogurt or your preferred yogurt alternative, followed by ½ cup of almond milk.
  • Blend on high until creamy and well-mixed, checking the consistency.
