Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and peppers until soft.
  • Add steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut into strips.
  • Spoon steak filling onto dough strips and top with mozzarella.
  • Fold over or roll up the dough, pinching to seal the edges.
  • Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and top with more cheese.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Add mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
Use provolone or pepper jack cheese for variety.
Serve with ranch, cheese sauce, or marinara for dipping.
