Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan while still hot.
