  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes halved
  • 2 bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup onion roughly chopped

  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1-inch pieces, halve the baby potatoes, and chop the bell peppers and onion into big chunks.
  • Arrange the sausage and vegetables on the baking sheet, then drizzle with olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika evenly over the mix.
  • Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the ingredients with a spatula, then continue roasting for another 5-10 minutes until everything is nicely browned and the potatoes are tender.
