- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese shredded
- 2 cups broth vegetable or beef
- 8 ounces pasta any shape
- 1 teaspoon thyme dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat, then add sliced onions and sauté until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add minced garlic and thyme, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
