  • 1 cup funfetti cake mix heat treated
  • 1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup light cool whip
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • animal crackers, graham crackers, or fruit for serving

Instructions
 

  • Begin by microwaving the cake mix to ensure it's safe to eat. Heat in intervals until reaching 165°F and let it cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt, Cool Whip, protein powder, vanilla, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the cake mix cools, fold it into the yogurt mixture gently, maintaining the fluffy texture.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for richer consistency or serve immediately with your choice of dippers.
