- ½ cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon or pinch of salt
In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed, chocolate chips, and vanilla until fully combined.
Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
