  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent, about 4 minutes.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they soften and release their moisture, roughly 6–8 minutes.
  • Introduce the cauliflower florets and minced garlic, cooking until the cauliflower is fork-tender, around 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
