Ingredients

  • Gently muddle the ingredients to release the mint oils and lime juice.
  • Pour in 2 oz white rum.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh mint sprig.
